Reservation Terms and Conditions

Bookings

We welcome reservations for up to six guests online. For larger parties, please call us on 01208 269 555, and our team will assist you.

All reservations require a £20 per person deposit at the time of booking to secure your table. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Opening Hours
Flory Restaurant is open for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday and for dinner from Monday to Saturday, 5pm to 9pm.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements
We take great care in preparing our menus, but please note that all 14 major allergens are present in our kitchen. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, it cannot be guaranteed.


If you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us in advance at 01208 269 555 or info@floryrestaurant.co.uk so we can advise and ensure your meal is safe.

Reservation Times
All bookings are allocated 2 hours per table. If your preferred time is unavailable online, please call us—we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot fit you in on your desired day, we can add you to our waiting list and contact you if a table becomes available.

Dog-Friendly Spaces
Flory Restaurant welcomes dogs in our ground floor dining area and courtyard. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing a dog.

Confirmation & Deposit
To confirm your booking, a £20 per person payment is required at the time of reservation. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Please note: If you call to make a booking, credit or debit card information will be required to secure your table.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Standard bookings: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to guest numbers.

  • Special events or larger groups: For parties of 7 or more, or for fixed-price menu and events, at least 7 days’ notice is required.

If you do not provide sufficient notice, a cancellation charge of £20 per person will apply. We will always attempt to rebook your table, and if successful, the cancellation fee will be waived.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

  1. Deposit & Confirmation: A £20 per person payment is required to confirm your booking.

  2. Cancellation Charges: If insufficient notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable.

  3. Changes: Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes to your booking.(for example to the timings or number of guests)
